Currently the study develops its work in different areas within the national area, especially between Alicante, Valencia and Madrid focusing our work in single-family homes, renovations, residential buildings, renovations, commercial spaces and public buildings, understanding each project as a new challenge in which we acquired the commitment with our clients to meet their objectives.
The studio has carried out multiple projects in Jávea, since its creation in 2005. Much of our activity is in this municipality, as well as in other municipalities of Alicante, such as Denia, Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Pedreguer. QB arquitectos, is formed by a multidisciplinary team that gives integral and complete solutions to each project. The study is created by Beatriz García Morales and Enrique Chapa, focusing the work on building, landscape and the development of teaching work.
QB arquitectos is characterized by the search for a customized architecture, totally personalized for each person, looking for an avant-garde, special and unique result, taking care of all the details to the maximum. Our architecture is characterized by the search for a unique landscape for each project, looking for an interior and exterior atmosphere that is special. We start the project from the objectives and constraints of our client always taking care of the whole process from the general scale to the smallest detail and facilitate with high-end simulations, the total understanding of what will be the final work.
In the municipality of Altea we focus a great part of our projects, having a total knowledge of this area. A place where you can realize the project of your dreams for both first and second residence for having a privileged natural environment, where you can find very special places to live as well as for its cultural and gastronomic life.
Altea has two totally different areas. A wonderful coastline bathed by the Mediterranean with beaches and coves hidden between large cliffs. And on the other hand the old town, with narrow white streets. A place to enjoy the breeze, the scenery, life from the tranquility of your home. In Altea is the Sierra de Bernia, a mountain range that separates the Marina Alta and Marina Baja, where we find endless trails to enjoy nature.
A project is a complex process in which different variables are involved, for us this is a process to be enjoyed and in which we accompany and help our clients through a specialized team in different areas, advising them in the search for plots, study of costs, deadlines, administrative procedures, processing of licenses, even in the choice of the best builder to make the project a reality, making the whole process much easier. Our first objective is to meet the needs and expectations of our clients and to facilitate all the decisions during the whole process. Our client usually has an international profile, so it is very important to accompany the client throughout the process, promoting good communication, through the mastery in our study of English, German and French.
