A contained and essential architecture emerges, in which the structure is not hidden, but becomes the protagonist. The large concrete perimeter beam precisely draws the limits of the project, firmly marking the geometry of the house and giving it a tectonic and serene character.

A house where structure and matter are intertwined with precision; where the beam not only supports, but also orders and defines a quiet dwelling, open to the horizon.

01_Landscape

The house sits subtly on the topography, reserving the second floor to raise the gaze and capture the distant views of the sea. This vertical gesture, sober and functional, allows the main spaces to open towards the horizon, while the first floor is protected and adapted to the terrain. The relationship with the landscape is direct but measured, framing the light and breeze of the coastal environment from a privileged position.

02_Object

The volume is perceived as a geometric body defined by its large horizontal beam, which acts as a contemporary cornice. This structural element generates a clear and emphatic reading of the whole, while unifying the different facades. The architectural object is understood as a precise box of stone and wood, where each plane has weight and each void is designed to dialogue with the light.

03_Skin

The finishes in stone tones provide a calm and mineral materiality, anchoring the house to the place. In contrast, vertical wood louvers in the openings introduce warmth, rhythm and solar filtering. This double skin – solid and textured, warm and modulated – allows the house to breathe with coherence and depth. The wood, while filtering light, acts as an interface between the domestic interior and the natural exterior, providing privacy without sacrificing openness.
