In this project we were commissioned to design a development very different from what is usually seen on the coast of Denia. Its exceptional location, on the beachfront and with views on all its facades, inspires a building reminiscent of a large salt rock eroded by the continuous action of the sea and the wind.

The building is located in a privileged environment where calm and beauty are the norm. The starting point of its design was to create a building that would enhance the feeling of being embraced by the sea. At the same time we sought to introduce it into the landscape in a natural way, like a small tongue of land that comes out of the Mediterranean and has always been there.
We proposed a building that generates an environment in which tranquility emerges. The intention was to awaken feelings of protection, understanding the house as a natural extension of the landscape, where everything is where it should be. To this end, we designed a continuous and sinuous façade, like the waves of the sea, which envelops its inhabitants throughout the building.
We designed a radiant and luminous skin based on large pieces of lightened white concrete. In contrast, the pierced, dark-colored elements provide protection from the sun and create circulation spaces that bring comfort to the residents. The undulations of the facade, like replicas of the waves, favor the feeling of tranquility that is pursued throughout the project.
