We are very excited to share this first image of a very special project that we started in Jávea. This photo, taken on a clear and bright day, represents the starting point of a dream that is beginning to take shape: to create a place to live connected with nature and the spirit of the Mediterranean.
Very close to the sea, between the salty breeze and the scent of the native vegetation, we are going to build semi-detached houses and an apartment block with a marked natural character. A project designed to integrate with the environment, using materials that dialogue with the land, with privileged views of the Montgó and surrounded by calm.
This image is just the beginning. We are giving life to a space that breathes landscape, light and Mediterranean essence.

This image belongs to a very special project in progress: the transformation of an old handbag factory in Alicante.
From the beginning, we were clear that we did not want to erase the past, but to build from it. That is why we have preserved the building’s inner skin, its scarred walls, its living texture, its filtered light. Every corner speaks of what happened here, of the hands that worked, of the time that left its mark.
In contrast, the new intervention is presented with an industrial and contemporary language, clear and honest. A metallic structure that does not intend to mimic, but to coexist – to dialogue with the existing without competing with its history.
This project is a balancing act between what was and what is to come. A space that does not forget its origin, but is projected towards new uses with character and coherence.

Eleven years ago we designed this lattice for a very special house: ours. We were not just looking for a technical solution, but for a skin that would filter the light as the pine trees of Las Rotas do -that subtle play of moving shadows, that living penumbra that changes with the hours and the seasons. We wanted the architecture to breathe with the Mediterranean sun, for the house to look without showing itself, and to do so with its own language.
The lattice was fabricated by Ceramica freehand, who understood from the very first moment the delicacy of the design and the strength of the material. Since then, this element has accompanied many other projects, has been patented, reinterpreted, and continues to speak to us of that first gesture: to let in the light, but also the memory of a place.
Today it is part of our identity.
